Before Your Facial Appointment
For All Clients
1. Discontinue use of Exfoliants, retinol or prescription topicals for 3-5 days.
2. It is recommended to limit sun exposure for 1 week prior to your appointment to avoid sunburn or skin sensitivity.
3. Schedule Botox or filler appointments at least 2 weeks before your facial or post facial.
4. Notify your esthetician if you develop a cold sore, rash, open lesion, or sunburn prior to your appointment.
For Male Clients;
1. If you typically shave daily, consider shaving the night before your appointment to minimize any skin irritation during the facial. If you have a beard or prefer not to shave, simply trim your beard to allow access to areas like the cheeks and neck that will be treated during the facial. Communicate openly with your esthetician about you facial hair preferences beforehand.
